4月23日上午，加拿大驻华大使梅倩琳、加拿大驻重庆总领事余忆华一行访问了成都安琪儿妇产医院。大使一行参观了医院的现代化设施，了解了成都安琪儿妇产医院的业务开展及安琪儿医疗控股集团与加拿大的合作情况。受正在外地出差的安控集团创始人、董事长、首席执行官卓朝阳博士的委托，安控集团首席行政官徐玥，医学装备与物资采购中心总监费佑聪，成都安琪儿妇产医院院长洪川杰、副院长冯翎，成都安琪儿妇产医院医师、毕业于加拿大多伦多大学的杨文邦博士代表卓朝阳董事长和安控集团接待了大使和总领事一行的来访。

　　In the morning of April 23rd, 2025, the Canadian Ambassador to China,Jennifer May and Consul General of Canada in Chongqing Eva Yu visited Chengdu Angel Women’s and Children’s Hospital. The delegation toured the hospital’s modern facilities and gained insights into its operations as well as the collaborations between Angel Medical Holdings Group and its Canadian partners. Representing Dr. Zhuo Chaoyang, the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Angel Medical Holdings Group—who was unable to come due to another business trip—the delegation was welcomed by senior executives including Chief Administrative Officer Xu Yue; Director of the Medical Equipment and Procurement Center, Fei Youcong; Dr. Hong Chuanjie, President of Chengdu Angel Women’s and Children’s Hospital; Vice Presidentof the hospital Feng Ling; and Dr. Leo Yang, a physician at the hospital and a graduate of the University of Toronto, Canada.

　　In March 2024, Dr. Zhuo Chaoyang met with Ambassador Jennifer May during her visit to Chengdu. Later, in October 2024, he hosted Mr. Jean Christian Brillant, Commercial Counsellor of the Canadian Embassy in China, and Ms. Samantha Tam, Deputy Consul General of the Consulate General of Canada in Chongqing, at the headquarter of Angel Medical Holdings Group.
